The file tha_l1_mom_cal_v02.txt contains scaling factors for on-board
moments and spacecraft potential, used in calibration of Level 1 MOM
data. Note that this file is used for ALL probes. This replaces the
IDL save file that had been originally used. There are no equivalent
files for probes, b, c, d, e. The first numbers are 4, 13 array of
scaling for the moments, transpose(caldata.mom_scale), then another 4,
13 array, transpose(caldata.mom_scale_sw1), used for solar wind mode,
then a single number for scaling of SC potential. The file
tha_l1_mom_cal_v01.txt is no longer used.
