Special/misc. notes: ELB data between 2020-10-18 07:35:06.796863 and 2020-10-19 08:29:55.534000 is using a special test set of detector thresholds to maximally eliminate noise. These impact count rates in each energy channel and effectively cut off the lowest energy channels. ELA data is unaffected but is a useful comparison reference.
